Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) Development plans for the next 20 years

Whitfield has been designated as an area for widespread Urban Development by Dover District Council. Plans for an additional 5750 new homes are contained in the Whitfield Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) below.

This is a useful document to study for anyone considering moving to the Parish. It should be recognised that the SPD can be amended either by DDC or through developer applications and repeated planning appeals if applications are refused by the local authority.
